Nyäng
Nyäng
Description
Do you want a week's vacation close to nature?Or do you need a secluded place with good Wi-Fi to work undisturbed? Welcome to Nyäng! The space Our farmhouse is over 100 years old, and the interior is old-fashioned. Except for the beds, the furniture and fittings are older pieces that we have repurposed, painted, reupholstered, and fixed up. We want our guests to feel transported to another era, an era when you would heat water on the stove and use a Melitta to make your coffee, for example. There is also no TV here, but plenty of board games and puzzles, and we have good Wi-Fi if anyone wants to watch a movie on their own screen. There are 4 beds here and two mattresses if anyone wants to sleep on the floor. The water in the tap comes from our own deep drilled well, and almost all electricity from our solar cells. If you want to charge your electric car, that's fine. We rent out another apartment in the same house, even if it is an unoccupied room in between, we ask you to show mutual consideration as the house is old and quite responsive. Since we ourselves live here on the property, you may see us outside or hear something from our workshop. Final cleaning can be bought for, 300:- Just send a message in advance. Or if you have other requests, let us know and we will see what we can arrange, ex dog farm with a cabin, or maybe breakfast together with Anders and me. Guest access The part of our garden, which we call the "guest garden", our guests can use as their own, if you are here at the right time you can harvest walnuts, mulberries and apples there. Jostaberries, raspberries and wild strawberries for the morning file or rhubarb for your own pie. On the gable of the house there is a wild strawberry patch, free for big and small to pick. Right outside the door there is also a small herb garden with mint, thyme and chives, where I usually also plant a tomato plant for your guests :) Other things to note We have garbage sorting here at Nyäng, paper, plastic, glass and metal are left at the recycling down at the store, compost is placed in a special container next to the greenhouse (to become nutrient-rich soil for our crops), other garbage is thrown in the knotted bag in the green barrel at the woodshed
