Atypical room next to nature

Wake up to birdsong in this cozy forest-edge room with a standard bed and a mezzanine bed (1m headroom). Enjoy a private bathroom and shower, views and direct access to our woods. Take a dip in the pool (swimmers only), relax by the BBQ or pizza oven, and meet our two cats—though one’s usually off hunting. Free parking, 12 min walk to the LEB (14 min ride to the city). We’re also right next to Vaud cycling route #22—perfect for nature lovers and outdoor explorers. The space Our home is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing. There’s plenty of outdoor space to hang out, unwind, or enjoy a meal under the trees. We have two barbecues and a pizza oven we occasionally fire up on weekends—guests are always welcome to join. The swimming pool goes up to 1.80m deep, so for safety reasons, we can only host guests who know how to swim. Guest access Guests have their own private room with bathroom, but are more than welcome to hang out in the shared spaces with us. We sometimes watch cartoons or films on the projector, and there are plenty of gaming consoles connected for a fun night in. Depending on availability, we might also be able to lend you a bike to explore the area—just ask! During your stay Lina is usually at home and happy to help with anything you need. If something comes up while she’s out, I’m just 15 minutes away and can be there quickly if needed. We're both available and happy to chat, help, or give you space—whatever you prefer during your stay. Other things to note We live right next to nature, so you might spot insects and other little creatures—part of the charm! There's a lovely terrace to relax on, and if you're up for it, help with chainsawing is always appreciated. If you have experience and feel inspired, we’ve got plenty of tools—and maybe we can even build something cooler than a teepee together!
