Rental unit in Hilders

The apartment (approx. 80 square meters) was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped to a high standard. It is centrally located in the Rhön municipality of Hilders. It is an attic apartment that connects to my parents' residential and commercial building. The first floor as well as the second floor are connected by an open staircase to the attic apartment. The space In the attic there is the modern kitchen, a cozy living-dining room, the bathroom, a bedroom as well as the hallway. Another room on the floor is my private storage room and cannot be used. Guest access The attic apartment is entered via the residential building, which is partly used for business operations (office and small sewing room on the first floor and second floor). The apartment itself cannot be locked separately. Other things to note Within walking distance are several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and sports facilities. The apartment is located in the center of the village and is well connected. The central bus station is also close by and can be reached within 3 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the main road of the village of Hilders.
