The studio is 30 minutes from Guédelon, 20 minutes from Saint-Fargeau with its castle and historical show, and 24 minutes from Gien and its earthenware factory. The Orange network is available in Rogny. Free Wi-Fi is available on-site. The studio has just been fully renovated as of June 2025, offering excellent kitchen and fitted bathroom amenities. The windows and doors are new and double-glazed. The bedding is a 140 cm bed with a mattress that offers a soft feel and firm support. The bed will be made upon arrival. A dish towel will be at your disposal. To preserve the privacy of guests, a privacy film has been applied to the lower panes of the window. The door also has frosted glass. Two fans are available: one standing fan and one table fan. Towels are to be provided, with the option to rent them on site at the rate of €2 per towel per person for the entire stay. I do not charge a cleaning fee, so guests are asked to do the following at the time of checkout: - Remove the sheets and duvet cover and place them in the shower - wash the dishes and put them away - Vacuum or sweep and/or mop the floor - Turn off all lights - Take out the trash as explained in the welcome booklet.
