Cabin in Lurøy

Welcome to peaceful Olvika, idyllically located on the mainland in Lurøy municipality – only 80 km from Mo i Rana. Cozy cottage in quiet surroundings. Immediate proximity to the lake and a road with no traffic. The cabin has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Electricity and water, as well as wireless internet. Private parking space, easily accessible via a gravel road from the main road. Perfect for those who want peace, nature experiences and cottage comfort on the Helgeland coast. The space The cabin has 3 bedrooms, where 2 of the rooms have bunk beds. Bedroom 3 consists of a 150 cm bed. Otherwise, the cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, WiFi and bathroom with shower and toilet. Important to know about hot water: The cabin has a standard water heater with limited capacity. This means that the hot water can run out if several people shower one after the other or if a lot of hot water is used for washing dishes. There is a short distance down to the sea (about 50 meters). The shore is rocky. The hot tub (lay z spa) is available from April to October. SUP boards and kayaks as well as wetsuits are available all year round. Just let us know what sizes you need in the wetsuits, and we'll put them out if you wish. Guest access Can use the entire area, but the annex will be unavailable. Other things to note We are a family of five, two adults and three small children. The cabin is used regularly throughout the year as our private retreat, and this means that it carries some wear and tear after normal use over time. Among other things, you will be able to find stickers on doors and walls and other small traces of children's hands. Nevertheless, we would very much like to create a nice place for those who want to rent the cabin. We would therefore be very happy to receive feedback if there is anything we can improve on.
