Here’s what you’re welcome to access and use: ✅ You Have Full Access To: 🏡 All Bedrooms Depending on your booking size, all booked bedrooms are exclusively for your group’s use. Each room comes with clean linen, AC, fans, and storage. 🛁 Attached and Common Bathrooms All bathrooms linked to your booked rooms are yours to use. Hot water, towels, shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. 🛋️ Living Room Relax, stream Netflix or Prime, and use the Bluetooth speaker + mic for music or karaoke. Enjoy group games and conversations here. 🍽️ Dining Area Make use of the 2 dining tables for meals and indoor games. Please avoid sitting on the table surface. 🌊 Private Pool Fully accessible only to your group. Kindly avoid food, drinks, or cake near the pool area. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information • A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is required and must be paid online only (no cash). The deposit will be refunded after checkout, subject to no damages. • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. • Outdoor areas are monitored by CCTV for safety and security. • Bachelor groups and stag parties are not permitted. • Outdoor music is allowed until 10:00 PM. After that, music should be kept at a low volume. • Smoking and hookah use are not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas using the ashtrays provided. • The swimming pool is unsupervised; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must always be accompanied by adults. • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or theft. • As per government regulations, all guests aged 18+ must share a valid government photo ID prior to check-in (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport). PAN card is not accepted. • Any additional guest beyond 16 guests will be charged ₹1,250 per night. • Please keep doors and mesh windows closed, especially in the evenings, as the villa is surrounded by nature. • Guests are requested to respect the property and surroundings. Serious violations may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
