Ideal for heating up food & simple breakfasts for those staying for a few days & not wanting to eat out . GAMES ROOM Pool table & arcade machine The space Our Annex is set within the grounds of our 1802 Grade II* Listed home which is in the centre of the beautiful village of Gilmorton. Located across the road is the newly refurbished Crown Pub open Lunch and Evening 7 days a week making it perfect for guests. Also in the village within walking distance is Grey Goose (restaurant) Mortons (breakfast and lunch) and there is a local shop. This one of kind property wont disappoint, if you travelling for work, wedding, fun, passing through solo or as a couple. Enter through our wooden gates into our beautiful Victorian courtyard you will enter the property to the right. Downstairs there is a pool table free to use, TV and soundbar, Arcade Machine, table and chairs with the kitchenette also located downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom well equipped all new 2025 and the bedroom is a generous size with the most comfortable king size bed. We have a fridge, tea making facilities and work station in the bedroom to make your stay comfortable. All double glazed and with a roof light to let extra light in, dont worry it has a remote controlled blind for bed time. We do have two beautiful friendly cockapoo dogs. We normally keep them indoors for your arrival. Please contact me if you have any concerns with dogs so we can ensure it doesn’t affect your stay. Guest access Access is through the brown gates as per photos, you enter our courtyard and immediately to your right hand side is large green patio doors where you will find a lock box on the wall. Airbnb will send you the code prior to arrival. Enter through the Green doors. Other things to note We really want you to have a comfortable and happy stay with us. We have tried to learn from all the guests feedback over the last year but if there is something we have forgotten or not got right please drop us a message and we will take it all on board. We have three grown up children who all live with us. If your lucky enough you may also see our Amazing London Routemaster Bus in the courtyard. It is Gilmortons own tourist attraction!
