we offer a nice renovated studio under the rooftops of 26 m2, velux windows allow an open view of the mountains. it is located 100 meters from the slopes and ski lifts of the Seignus resort. In summer and winter, festive, cultural and sports activities are organized in Seignus or the village of Allos. Numerous hiking trails will delight walkers. and of course Lake Allos, the highest lake in Europe, not to be missed. The space The space is comfortable for up to 4 people, consisting of a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room, a kitchen area, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The kitchen offers the following amenities: fridge, induction stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, cooking utensils mattress covers, duvets and pillows are provided. sheets/pillowcases, bath towels are provided for an extra charge. a ski room is available in the basement. it is possible to leave bicycles there in summer. Guest access Free parking in front of the building. The studio is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Other things to note Warning! no Wi-Fi connection snow tires are mandatory in winter to access the resort.
