Unwind in our newly renovated duplex style unit conveniently located right in the heart of Gympies Southside. This refreshing space offers all you need in a home away from home. With all your necessities just over the road including woolworths, pharmacy, gym, bottle shop plus a number of delicious restaurants for dine-in and take-away. A bonus for the working boys & girls is the famous Jockey Club for a great counter meal. Speedy wifi and reverse cycle air-con are just a few added comforts. The space Our unit offers an open plan kitchen/living/dining, 2 bedrooms (1 x queen bed in one room and 2 x single beds in the other room) and 1 bathroom. There is a washing machine located in the bathroom also. There is a single carport for your use as well as space for an additional vehicle/s to park on the back of the property or on the street. For those that need EV Charging, a charging station is available just 1 minute away. If you are in need of a portable cot, umbrella stroller or any other bulky item please reach out prior to booking as I may be able to source the item for you. Guest access The entire unit is privately yours throughout your stay. You have one carport (note-may not fit 4x4 or larger type vehicles) that is right by your front door. There is also space to park on the rear of the block on the grass or if you would prefer there is street parking right out the front also. Please ensure you don't park on the round-a-bout driveway as this will block access for others. Other things to note This unit is one of four units on the property. Three of them are listed on the AirBnb platform and the fourth unit is a private rental. Please note that the tenant that lives in the private rental is NOT there for support throughout your stay.
