On the ground floor is a warm sitting room with a dining table that could also double as an office space, this leads through to a quaint but very functional kitchenette with access to an outside patio area. Following the staircase up will lead you to a bright bedroom with an attached en-suite. There is plenty of space for storage of clothes and the room has very good ventilation due to the velux windows on each side. Not only is this annex amazing but if you did ever want to leave then you are in the middle of many historic, amazing towns such as Battle, Hastings, Rye Guest access Guests will have full access to the Annex and part of the garden. There is an inter connecting door to the main house but will be locked so that it is clear what space you can use. As a guest you will have access to one of the parking spaces on the private driveway. There is a small patio surrounded by plants outside that the guests will have access to with a no entry sign showing where this space ends.
