Cozy little house in Väsby

One of Väsby's oldest houses offers a small but well-planned accommodation. Have a coffee or barbecue something tasty in the back, which has both a patio, lawn and a simpler outdoor room. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with three beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that offers two extra beds. From Väsby, you have about 3 km down to the city center and Kvickbadet. Proximity to Kullaberg's breathtaking nature. Guest access The entire house, garden and patio are available. The outhouse is not included. Other things to note The accommodation The house is small at 45 sqm but charming. It has a small hall that adjoins the shower and toilet. The kitchen has a dining area and upstairs you will find two bedrooms. One has a French balcony and a skylight. The other has a bed, clothes storage, windows and a door that can be closed. The sofa bed in the living room is 133 cm wide when made up. If you can imagine two people lying on that surface, the house offers an additional sleeping place, i.e. 5 in total. When you arrive, the beds are made upstairs, so you don't need to bring bed linens or make the beds yourself. Shower towels and towels are also available on site. The plot has a fence bordering the southern neighbor and has a hedge against the other. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house, the small garden and the conservatory. For monthly rentals, there is access to a laundry room with a washing machine. Cleaning Guests clean the house after their stay. If cleaning is desired there is an extra charge of SEK 700.
