We invite you to a charming cottage located on the first shoreline of the picturesque Wilkowskie Lake, right next to Świebodzin. It is the perfect place to relax with family or friends, with direct access to the lake and beautiful views. The space The house is two-level, in a terraced house, the area of the house is about 62 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa (sleeping function for 2 people), TV, table and fireplace. The living room connects to the kitchen, which includes all the necessary appliances and accessories to prepare meals on your own - fridge, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, plates. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms (15 sqm and 11 sqm), each with a double bed 160x200 and air conditioning. There are two wardrobes and two chests of drawers upstairs. One bedroom has a view of the lake, the other of the road (the road is not passable - it ends 200 meters away - where the forest begins). For water sports enthusiasts, there is a SUP board, allowing you to actively relax on the water and admire the area from a slightly different perspective. In addition, guests have access to a private lake access, with their own pier. Comfort is provided by air conditioning (first floor), and on colder days you can use the atmospheric fireplace. About 200 meters away there is a city beach with a large pier, beach volleyball court, ping pong table and water slides for children. Guest access All open spaces are available to guests. In addition, there is a lockable storage room outside where you can keep bicycles. Other things to note You can park in the driveway in front of the gate. If you arrive by two cars, you can park in the nearby parking lot by the road (free) or open the gate and drive one car into the driveway by the house - then it is not possible to close the gate.
