Additional services such as a later check-out or intermediate cleaning can be booked upon request and subject to availability at an additional cost. Other things to take into account Security: For your safety, the property is also equipped with a fully equipped first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarms. You will find these on the wall in the living area, next to the emergency exit. Noise level measurement: To ensure a quiet environment for all residents, a noise level monitor is installed. This device only measures the volume (decibel) and does not record conversations or noises at any time. Your privacy is fully protected. Guest access You will have the entire flat for your exclusive use. The comfortable self-check-in via a key box offers you maximum flexibility and comfort. Please note that smoking and animals are not allowed in the apartment. In consideration for the house community, please behave quietly in the stairwell. Other things to note Accommodation tax: According to the statutes of the city of Ludwigsburg, guests aged 18 and over are required to pay a statutory accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night. This is not included in the total price and will be charged via a separate payment link before check-in. The access details for the accommodation will be sent after payment has been successfully received. Parking options: There is no private parking available directly at the accommodation. However, there is a large public car park about a 2-minute walk away (approximately €8–10 per day). Alternatively, depending on availability, you can also park on the street in front of the property. For loading and unloading, it is possible to stop briefly in the driveway in front of or next to the house. In Ludwigsburg, parking is free of charge in the city centre every day from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am, as well as on Sundays.
