Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda. The space The rate includes a cleaning and linen fee. Linens, duvet covers, etc. and bath towels are therefore provided. In high season, booking the cottage for 7 nights minimum (1 week). In mid and low season, booking the cottage for 3 nights minimum (extended weekend). No pets allowed. Other things to note A small workshop, accessible from the garden, allows you to store bicycles, for example. In this workshop there is also a barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. Nice hikes from the house are possible.
