Six uniquely styled rooms showcase bespoke art, from the owner’s canvases lining the walls to handcrafted furniture hewn from local woods. One room even features a freestanding bathtub, while others surprise you with open-air showers that invite morning light and gentle garden breezes. The heart of the house is an all-wooden patio cantilevered above a fish-populated pond, where you can lounge beneath vaulted ceilings or dine in the adjacent shared dining area. Verticality was embraced to both break up and connect the space—meandering staircases carve dynamic sightlines, funneling shafts of sunlight through carved brick screens and glazed wood panels. Upstairs, balconies and a rooftop terrace offer new vantage points on a blooming garden of vibrant flowers and creeping vines. Every element here is an ode to the marriage of architecture and art: terracotta brick walls meet modern glass‐wood details, ethnic textiles sit alongside minimalist lines, and nature itself has been invited indoors through sunlit courtyards and patio nooks.
