The Cozy Studio Room (with Reliable Utilities)

This Cozy Studio Room (A Studio inside a house) have everything you need. Reliable Utilities (water & electricity).A queen bed and a twin size futon and a mini kitchenette, welcome a total of 3 persons. (Kitchen Not Included) We also have two more full sizes rooms for those groups of 3+ persons. (*extra charge) We are Situated 35 minutes from SJU and almost at the middle of the island. 10 minutes from Caguas and 15 minutes from Cayey where you can find lot of fun n things to do. The space 4/2.5 townhouse 1 parking at premises A friendly couple living there. Guest access “The Cozy Room” and the attached bathroom ( big master room with a living room area and a bathroom) Enter by the main door, walk ahead through the hallway and last door is “The Cozy Room” **Kitchen, living room are shared spaces with the owner.** During your stay Please feel free to ask anything you need, we will be at home to make sure you have a nice experience. Sometimes we are away from home, sometimes we are home and we are going to welcome you. We can offer breakfast for a fee, and provide an inflatable kayak for a daily fee.
