CAURO, pleasant house, 12 minutes from the sea and hiking trails

Detached house, comfortable, with garden, located in the heart of the village of Cauro (20117) 10 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio, 15 minutes from Ajaccio airport, 20 minutes from the imperial city; but also close to starting hiking trails like the Mare e Mare Center. It can accommodate from 2 to 7 people, suitable for a couple as for one or two family (s) with its 7 beds (air-conditioned rooms). Ideally located between sea and mountain, you will enjoy the beaches of Porticcio (beach Viva, Agosta, peninsula Isolella, Mare e Sole, ...) but also walks, hiking (Lake Tolla ...), via ferrata ... to discover the landscapes of the Prunelli Valley to the ski resort of Val d'Ese. One of the last stages of the Mare e Mare (Col St-Georges Porticcio) is easy to organize from Cauro also. You are directly on the big quick accesses to the roads of the South (Propriano, Bonifacio, Bavella but also to Corté, Piana) which is really practical to consider the ballads to the day without ironing by the southern bank of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Precision for holidaymakers on motorbikes: a secure space is provided for the parking of the motorcycle (s). The house has been completely renovated and equipped to new in 2017: On the ground floor : a living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a loggia, a bathroom (shower + wc), a garden with terrace and furniture (barbecue and parasol). On the floor, 3 air-conditioned rooms (since 2018) and a bathroom with tub. You benefit from a parking in front of the house and the possibility of securely storing roof box, sailboards, diving equipment, bicycles, motorcycles ... 100 m away are Bar, Tobacconies, Bread Store, Mini market, Pizzeria, Restaurant, Post Office, Doctor. We provide for the little ones an umbrella bed with mattress, a booster seat, a deck chair. A deposit check (not cashed) will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned on the last day if no deterioration is found. A participation for the household is to be added to the rental price. The linen is not provided (consult us if necessary).
