Other things to note TOURIST TAX Starting from June 18, the accommodation tax will be active in the Municipality of Roseto Capo Spulico, intended to improve tourist services and hospitality. 💶 How to pay: The tax will be collected manually upon arrival at the property, in cash, according to municipal regulations. 📅 Amounts and periods: - January – May: €1.00 per guest per night - June – September: €1.50 per guest per night - October – December: €1.00 per guest per night Exemptions from paying the accommodation tax: 1. Minors under the age of 10. 2. People with disabilities are not self-sufficient, along with a companion. 3. Members of law enforcement and rescue services, including: - State and local police forces or bodies - National Fire Brigade - Civil protection provided they are staying for service needs. 4. Artists and guests participating in cultural events or events sponsored by the municipal administration. 5. Persons accommodated by public authorities, in social situations, calamitous or extraordinary emergencies, or for humanitarian aid. 6. Subjects with a lease exceeding the maximum duration for short leases (pursuant to Article 4 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 50 of April 24, 2017, as amended). 7. Residents in the municipal territory. 8. Managers of accommodation facilities, family members, employees and collaborators housed in the facility. 9. Bus drivers and tour leaders of groups organized by travel and tourism agencies. - Exemption for one bus driver per group - One tour guide for every 25 participants.
