Dreaming under trees - Grandma's little fruit house on the lake

Hello and welcome to grandma's little fruit shop - here the vacation begins with birdsong instead of alarm bells and country air instead of big city noise. A place between old apple trees, nostalgia, and the feeling: this is where I stay. It's the most beautiful with grandma, they say... If you come here, you are not looking for a luxury loft, but real well-being. A place that doesn't have to prove anything, but has a lot to give: peace, strength, a garden full of fruit trees and the real feeling of having arrived. The space The detached house is located in the northern German village of Rugensee, surrounded by greenery, not far from Lake Schwerin. The 1500 sqm garden may not only be admired, but also used (and harvested). In the kitchen, it often smells like delicious apple pie. To look cooler with the grandchildren, Grandma has fully equipped herself with Wi-Fi, MagentaTV incl. Equipped with premium TV programs and RTL+, even if it doesn't quite understand... The Obstbutze is the perfect retreat for couples, groups of friends and small families. Whether digital detox or home office with a view - here you sleep deeply and soundly with the window open and do not wake up because you have to, but because it's just nice. To the dog owners: Especially guests with dogs like to come to the Butze. Lots of space right outside the door, all fenced and enough space to sniff, run and just be a dog. Relaxed four-legged friends, relaxed life. PS: If you come with pets, note that they do not go to the sofa or to bed. Lake Rugen is within walking distance. One of those "why-haven't-we-heard-of-it-before" lakes. Supermarket, bakery and train station are only one village away in Lübstorf. The train takes you directly to Schwerin or Wismar - perfect for day trips. In general, the area around Rugensee is excellent for bike rides, as the bike path (Baltic Sea coast bike path) is on the doorstep. For example, once drive to the Baltic Sea, or once around Lake Schwerin... Bicycles can also be included in the middle shed gate on the farm. Nearby are Schwerin Palace, Wiligrad Palace, Zippendorf Beach, Baltic Sea Island Poel and much more. Secret tip: Bathing in the Rugensee – crystal clear water and almost deserted. Grandma is super sporty and paddles on the lake every Sunday with her stand-up paddle. The train at Lübstorf station takes you directly to Schwerin and Wismar. And there are great winter walks everywhere in the forest and field just around the corner, e.g. "rote Flöte"
