Karlsson - light-flooded tiny house for four

Our Tiny House Karlsson is located on the edge of Auszeit 27, so you are surrounded by nature. You can usually hear the waves crashing in the background, that's how close you are to the water here. From the large sun terrace, you can look out over the fields and the dyke and enjoy the setting sun, for example. You can hardly get closer to nature. The space The Tiny House consists of 2 rooms plus bathroom. The bedroom has a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa with two armchairs and the kitchenette (with cooker, sink, fridge, coffee machine and of course pots, pans, crockery and cutlery). Next to this is the bathroom with hot shower and WC. The separate bedroom makes it ideal for families with children. The sun terrace in front of Karlsson is furnished with 4 chairs and a table, so that the hopefully glorious weather can be enjoyed outside at any time. Karlsson has also installed electric underfloor heating for cosy comfort. And especially in winter, long walks by the Baltic Sea have something to offer.... You have access to the dyke with its promenade and the beach right in front of your house. And of course you can also use our communal barbecue and the outdoor kitchen at the Klönplatz (at the entrance to the campsite). There are also several restaurants just a few metres away - fish sandwiches are also available. You can also book a four-hour sauna session with us. You then have the sauna just for you, including your own terrace and outdoor shower. A highlight is of course a dip in the Baltic Sea after sweating. We charge a one-off fee for final cleaning including bed linen. By the way: if you are interested in a Tiny House, we can put you in touch with the relevant manufacturers. Just let us know. If you end up buying one, we can reimburse you for up to 2 nights as a trial stay. Guest access The Tiny House is self-contained. You will receive an access code shortly before arrival, with which you can collect the key from a key box yourself.
