It has seating for 8 people. With parking facilities for 5 cars. Bedlinen/towels can be rented by us if you are on the road. ⚡ NEW: EV Charging (Zaptec Go) • We offer our guests charging electric car directly at the villa at cost price (4.50:-/kWh) The price is valid until 1/10. • Fast (11kW/3-phase): The car is fully charged during the night. • Type 2 socket: Please bring your own charging cable. (Charging in regular electrical outlets is not allowed due to fire risk) There are three bedrooms. (Bedroom 1) a double bed with mattress topper, duvet and pillows. 1st crib with mattress. (There is an extra travel cot if needed). (Bedroom 2) two single beds with mattress topper, pillow & duvet. (Bedroom 3) two bunk beds (4 people) that have good size to suit both children and adults. Duvet and pillows. Things to Note: 1. Linen/Towels are not included in the booking. Bed linens & towels can be rented from us at a cost of SEK 170/person. Please let us know at the latest two days before arrival. 2. Cleaning/cleaning is done by guest according to the house manual. Cleaning/cleaning can be pre-booked, at a cost, please contact the host if desired. A living room with: internet, Smart TV, insertion stove, divan sofa with puff, TV table, two armchairs, bookshelf with various books that are free to borrow. (Amenities may apply in the future) A well-equipped kitchen with various utensils to facilitate the needs of the stay. A dining table with eight chairs and two baby chairs. Charcoal grill and electric grill are available to borrow. Microwave, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker. Large fridge. Large lovely garden for play and relaxing. Guest access The possibility of locked space for storing sports equipment of bike, skis, golf clubs and other sports equipment is available in the basement of the house. Bed linens/towels are not included in the booking, but can be rented from us at a cost of SEK 170/person. Please contact the host if you want to rent bed linens/towels when making your reservation. Level 1, kitchen with plenty of space to make dinners and eat with the family/group of friends, a bathroom with toilet on 1 level. Large sofa with two armchairs, smart TV, internet, (Amenities may be added) The basement offers a toilet, drying room, 1 drying cabinet. Washing machine. Freezer. Spaces in the basement that are not accessible to guests have "private" on the doors. Stairs: The house has a staircase at the entrance to the house. 1 level villa. One flight of stairs up to the glassed-in patio at the back. One flight of stairs down to the basement. Note: the detached garage on the property is private. Thus, it is not included in the rental of the house and can not be added to the reservation under any circumstances. Parking for up to 5 cars is included (including a motorhome if used as a means of transport). If you have friends planning to stay in their motorhome on the property, there is an additional fee of SEK 500 for the entire stay. This covers the electricity connection and access to the house's facilities, and is arranged in agreement with the host. There is also ample room for those of you who need extra space for a boat on a trailer or the like. The swings are available for children only. All use is at your own risk and under parental supervision. Max 2 people at any one time. Please check the swing set before use to make sure everything looks intact. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Smoking indoors/in doorways or on the patio is strictly prohibited.
