Ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and children. The space The fully self-contained studio features a light and bright aspect with coastal neutral tones and quality fittings and fixtures. Air-conditioned living/dining area with a smart TV, kitchenette including portable induction cooktop, fridge, toaster, kettle, and a full range of kitchenware and some staples. Your air-conditioned room comes with a very comfortable pillow-top queen-sized bed, spacious wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with luxury guest amenities. The pull-out sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space which extends out to a large queen-sized bed (and can be made up for your arrival) or left as a standard sofa. High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and beds will be made up for your arrival, so pack light and have nothing to worry about when you arrive! Full access to your own private courtyard with the inclusions of Adirondack chairs and side table that can convert to full length sun lounges, creating a continuous open space from the inside living area, which is shaded by the green leafy tropical flora. For your comfort and convenience, we’ve provided everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. A beach tote is stocked with soft, absorbent towels, ready for sun and sand. You’ll also find a prepared picnic set, ideal for seaside dining, along with a selection of outdoor-safe plastic glassware—including champagne flutes, wine glasses, and tumblers. To keep your refreshments cool, an esky is available for your use. Your studio includes smart TV and free WiFi high-speed internet access. Guest access Parking available in the driveaway.
