Kick back and relax in this stylish and peaceful guest room, nestled on 25 picturesque acres in beautiful Lochinvar, NSW. Surrounded by open skies and rolling paddocks, this tranquil retreat is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We’re just a short drive to Hunter Valley vineyards, Maitland, and historic Morpeth – ideal for wine tasting, dining, or exploring the region. The space Your room is a studio style suite which consists of a comfy queen bed, lounge area and kitchenette. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan for the hot days and cool nights. There is a TV available and you are welcome to use the guest profile to access Netflix and Stan. The full-sized private bathroom is equipped with shower, basin and toilet. We have included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and tissues provided for you in the bathroom. You have a private entry separate to the main house and beautiful garden views with a warm sunny aspect. The kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and some microwave cooking bowls. Plates, cups, glasses etc. There is a BBQ just outside the door which you can use, however, there is NO STOVE TOP. We also have farm fresh eggs for sale if you want to BBQ some eggs for breaky. All linen and towels are provided. There is a luggage rack available and a cupboard in the hallway to hang clothes if you wish. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Guest access Upon arrival at the property, follow the long driveway up past the house to the back parking area. You will see a gravel parking space located next to the concrete and directly in front of a large black food van with a sign indicating "Guest Parking". Please park on the gravel in front of this van and ensure you are parked forward enough to allow pedestrian access to the timber walkway next to it. To access your guest room, walk up underneath the carport and behind the food van you will see a concrete pathway leading a white glass door. Your suite has a private coded entry separate to the main house. Code will be sent to you on the day of check in. You will need to use the code each time to enter. When exiting the room, just pull the door shut and the door will lock. Please note: the driveway is a single lane gravel road. Please drive slowly when entering and leaving. Other things to note For the safety of our animals and yourself, please do not enter through any gates without prior authorisation. We love that our space is relaxing place to rest and recoup, and a great base to explore what our region has to offer. We keep our prices low to ensure a fair deal for our guests and in return we expect you clean up the kitchen, pack everything you use away and put all your rubbish in the bins outside before you leave.
