Pretty house built in 2023 in the heart of Linas, at the foot of the Parc de la Tour de Montlhery, it is 95 m2 with equipped kitchen and 3 well-appointed bedrooms as well as its small garden in the back. It is an 8-minute drive from the Linas-Montlhéry racetrack. Everything is new and of high quality with a neat decoration. Modern, comfortable and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for families, professionals on the go or couples... with their little companion 🐾. 🛏️ 3 spacious bedrooms with quality bedding, duvet, pillows as well as sheets and towels provided. 🛋️ Bright and cozy living room, with smart TV and dining area 🎨 Carefully decorated and friendly atmosphere, to make you feel at home 🍽️ Fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. 🛁 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and one towel per guest and toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, cotton and cotton buds. 🚽 Two separate toilets. 🧑‍💻 Dedicated workspace, perfect for teleworking in peace. 🌙 Electric and centralized shutters in all rooms. 🌳 Small private garden with two armchairs, coffee table and bench for 2 people. 🚗 Free parking in front of the house limited to two vehicles in front of the house. 🐶 Small pets accepted on request, at the price of an additional 30 euros (for cats a litter box is available, please empty and clean it before departure). * Litter not provided. ❄️ Air conditioning is unavailable but a fan is present in the house. 🚭 The accommodation is non-smoking but an ashtray is available for smoking outside. 🚨 An external alarm is available but disarmed upon arrival of the occupants. 📹 Outdoor video surveillance, for the respect of the other tenants of our subdivision, the outside is monitored. 📺 Batteries, remote controls and power cables are checked after each departure, in case of theft, this will be reported directly to AirBnB. 🏠 A complete video check of the house with the date and time is made at each check-out and check-in, any theft of objects, linen, furniture, decoration, cutlery, utensils, dishes (excluding breakage that may occur) will be immediately reported to Airbnb with a billing request to the customer. 🛑 The subdivision being entirely ours and with respect for our tenants, no party will be accepted, the site is under surveillance and no parking will be tolerated outside of the hosts. In case of non-compliance, prosecution will be initiated. ⚠️ No requests outside of Airbnb will be accepted, as well as profiles with bad reviews or suspicious profiles and no reviews. 📍 Ideal location: Located in a quiet residential area, close to the Linas-Montlhéry circuit, close to the RER B (Saint-Michel-sur-Orge or Brétigny), shops, restaurants and roads (N20, Francilienne). 🚗 We are in partnership with the SIXT rental agency on the pricing terms, if you need a vehicle rental during your stay, it can be delivered to the home directly upon presentation of the supporting documents. 🎂 If you want to surprise a loved one or even yourself, I can take care of installing decorations and a layer cake.
