This charming and spacious home is located in the quiet residential area of Bahía Grande belonging to Llucmjor area in the steep coast south of Mallorca with beautiful beaches and golf courses. Bahía Grande includes a swimming area formed by rocks and pallets, which is usually used assiduously by the residents, built on the upper base of a vertical and high (100 meters above sea level) cliff. It is a very quiet ride and outstanding views. Being an area highly demanded for its tranquility, ideal for a relaxing family holiday Other things to note Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00 € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. The price includes lectricity cost, water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night if needed. Stained, torn or missing towels and linens will be charged at 10€, 15€ & 20€ a piece (depending on piece damaged) No early arrival or late departure unless specifically agreed with the homeowner.
