Ervis... 3292221199... The NARCISO APARTMENT shares the common areas (living room, kitchen, entrance, garden and barbecue area) with the PAPAVERO APARTMENT. It is possible to rent both apartments together, for a total of 8 BEDS. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. The space IMMERSED IN THE QUIET of the Abruzzo countryside, the house is located on a panoramic hill, just 5 km from the ADRIATIC BEACHES. Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and with an enchanting view of the sea and the Laga Mountains. THE HOUSE is arranged on two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for guests. Here you will find two large independent apartments, each with 4 beds, SPACIOUS ROOMS, a shared living room and kitchen and all modern comforts. Outside, guests can relax in the elegant barbecue area and enjoy the tranquility of the large garden. Within walking distance of the property there is also a craft brewery with a swimming pool, perfect for a moment of leisure or a local tasting. Upon reservation, you can order typical Abruzzo dinners, prepared with local products. Guest access HOUSE RULES In order to make your stay in our small residence pleasant, we encourage guests to read the regulations carefully. The booking confirmation implies acceptance of all the policies listed. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the host reserves the right to interrupt the stay. INTERNAL RULES 1. On the day of departure (check-out), rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. 2. The entrance is reserved exclusively for guests. Visits by family or friends must be authorized by the Owner in advance. Visitors must leave a government-issued ID, which will be returned upon checkout. 3. Parking is reserved for guests and is not guarded. Marli Home is not liable for any damage or theft to parked cars. 4. Maximum respect is required for the vegetation, land and rooms of the House. Any damages will be charged to the manager. 5. Dog access must be authorized in advance and there is a surcharge. Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be unattended in common areas. The use of cot, litter, and toilet bags is mandatory; droppings must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate containers. 6. Quiet hours: from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect them to ensure everyone's peace of mind. 7. Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the home. 8. It is absolutely forbidden to scream or use a vulgar language. 9. It is forbidden to light stoves, lighters or open flames inside the rooms. 10. Common areas, such as the living room, kitchen, and garden, must always be kept tidy. 11. It is not possible, for any reason, to sleep in the living room, which must always be available to all guests. 12. Toilets must be used correctly; it is forbidden to throw objects in the sanitary ware. Use the baskets provided. 13. Decent clothing is recommended in common areas, particularly in the living room. 14. Parents (or guardians) are responsible for the behavior of minors. They need to make sure they follow the rules, maintain a polite attitude, and use bathrooms and common areas correctly. 15. Any damage to furniture, equipment, or environments will be charged to the authors of the damage. 16. Marli Home is not responsible for accidents to adults or minors. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 17. Breakfast time: from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (which is not provided by the property). 18. The use of the kitchen is to be agreed with the Host. 19. The barbecue area is always at the guests' disposal. The Dinner service is available upon reservation. Guests, who want to use the service, with food allergies must inform the Owner in advance. You'll also find Selina, a kind Abruzzo shepherd, and Lulu, a lively Jack Russel: two affectionate companions who love to play with young and old alike.
