Set in the peaceful village of Landerrouat, surrounded by rolling countryside and vineyards, the property combines stylish interiors with relaxed outdoor living. The local café-bar and restaurant, A Table, is within walking distance. The house is ideally positioned for exploring the region, with Duras 9km, Monsegur 14km, Sainte-Foy-la-Grande 14km and Eymet 30km away. The nearest supermarket is in Pellegrue, 7.5km away. Bordeaux city centre is approximately 68km west, Bergerac 38km east and Saint-Émilion 37km northwest. The highlight of the property is the spectacular 12m x 3m heated saltwater infinity pool with glass sides, an electric safety cover and wide shallow entry steps. Pool heating is included from 8 May to 25 September 2026, with heating available at an additional charge outside these dates. The house is fully air-conditioned throughout and has elegant open-plan living spaces finished to a high standard. The contemporary kitchen includes an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, Senseo coffee machine and cafetière. Large sliding doors open onto the shaded terrace and outdoor dining area with a charcoal Brazero grill. The comfortable lounge has a 75-inch Smart TV, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker. All 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor and are fully air-conditioned. Bedroom 1: Double bed (140cm x 190cm), en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and twin washbasins, with countryside and garden views. Bedroom 2: Double bed (140cm x 190cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90cm x 190cm). The upper floor also has a shared shower room and a separate WC. A further WC is on the ground floor. Other facilities include table tennis, table football, private off-road parking, washer/dryer, and a baby cot and high chair on request. Flexible changeover days are available. Early arrival and late departure may also be available on request. Pierres et Terroirs is an excellent base for relaxing countryside holidays, vineyard visits, weekly markets and exploring the Bordeaux wine region. Guest access The whole property is for your private use. Other things to note The pool is open from Easter until the first week of November. Pool heating is included in the rental price from 8 May to 25 September 2026. Outside these dates, pool heating is available at £175 per week if required.
