Welcome to Nonna Ita, a lovingly cared-for accommodation with a hint of family spirit – just like a grandmother would do (but without forcing you to eat the bis 😄). I love making guests feel at home, with small details that make their stay special. Whether you're here for work, exploring the Val Seriana, or just disconnecting a bit, I'm here to help you with tips, curiosities, and maybe even a few secrets of the place! The apartment you will have available is located on the ground floor in a 3-story building. It has an independent entrance from the others, a large room of 32 square meters, a separate and habitable kitchen, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and an anteroom. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the other with a three-quarter bed. I am preparing an additional room, with a barrel vault and walls made with stones from the Serio River. If it is not yet ready for your stay, it will be the right push to come back and visit us later. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' exclusive use, with the exception of locked rooms that may vary depending on the type of booking. The terrace outside the room and the garden area in front of the kitchen window are also owned areas. There you can stay without sharing the space with any other inhabitant of the condominium.
