The space Our new apartments in wooden construction were built according to the unique Holz-100 method by Erwin Thoma, sustainably from regional wood. Here you can enjoy a vacation in a house made of 100% natural solid wood – without glue, without chemicals, without metal. A special highlight of our apartments on the Rosenhof are the stone pine bedrooms. The stone pine is known for its soothing scent that soothes, lowers the heartbeat and has been proven to provide deep, restful sleep. The high-quality sofa bed in the living room with a full mattress offers maximum comfort for additional guests. The open, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining area invites you to cook, laugh and enjoy together. Part of the apartments have their own terrace with a fantastic view of the greenery – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the mild evening hours. Birds chirp, the wind gently rustles through the trees. For your relaxation, there is also a cozy warm hot tub in the garden – it can be used by all guests (flat rate per stay and apartment) of the Rosenhof and invites you to bubbling moments in the open air. Use (children 12 years and older) is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. A common area with a barbecue is available for all vacation guests. In the separate shared laundry room, the washing machine and dryer can be used by all guests. For bicycles brought along, there is a bicycle room with an e-bike charging station. A private free parking space ensures a comfortable arrival. The "Rosenhof" is a place to breathe, arrive and feel good – whether for two, with friends or family. Just enter, let go and feel the vacation. All apartments can be booked individually. The Rosenhof is also ideal for larger families or groups. Guest access Dettingen is a quiet, tranquil little town in the large district town of Konstanz and is located only 2 kilometers from Lake Überlingen on the hills of the Bodanrück. Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, doctors and fitness centers can all be found in the nearby town center. The free city bus takes you to the center of Konstanz, 10 kilometers away. This can be reached in about 30 minutes by car from the apartment. The bus stop "Dettingen Kinderspielplatz" is just a 10-minute walk from the property. Konstanz has a very nice old town, worth seeing are the cathedral, the council, the harbor, the marketplace with historical buildings and much more. Countless small and large shops, cafés and restaurants leave nothing to be desired. Freshly caught Lake Constance fish is especially recommended. In Wallhausen there is a beautiful beach with playground, also very suitable for small children. From Dingelsdorf or Wallhausen you can take the boat directly to Überlingen, stroll along the waterfront promenade, enjoy the view of the lake while visiting a restaurant, or see the city, stroll through the weekly market. Not far from the apartment are the Marienschlucht and the island of Mainau. On the island of Mainau there is a large playground for children with a water world, a digger playground, a butterfly house and much more. In Kreuzlingen (Switzerland), right next to Constance, there is the free Seeburgpark with adventure playground and mini golf course for families. In the zoo you will meet donkeys, goats or pigs. In the herb garden there are medicinal plants of all kinds. In the middle is the Seeburg, in which there is also an event restaurant. Dettingen is also a good starting point for small and larger bike tours along the Lake Constance bike path.
