The villa is located right at the foot of the Western Ski Slopes, a short walk from the slopes, restaurants, Himos services and Himos Arena. Due to its good location and size, the property is perfectly suited for active athletes as well as families and companies as a vacation spot or meeting space. From the large windows you can admire the illuminated slopes in winter! The space The downstairs of the cottage has a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a separate toilet, a sauna and a bathroom with two showers + toilet. Upstairs there is a loft with two separate sleeping areas, each with 2 separate beds. The cottage has a large yard that can be used for sunbathing and yard games in the summer. In the winter you can go skiing or snowmobiling directly from the yard. The yard is a dream for a family with children!
