The Peach House, Lower Level

Located on lower level of a free standing house in Silverton Ohio, with a private entrance. Three comfortable rooms, one room with 2 beds, next room is the shower and laundry area, the larger room is a sitting/tv room with kitchenette and eating area. Available for rental. Near I-71, 12 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. One mile south of the premier Kenwood Towne Centre mall. 15 minutes to the fun and famous Kings Island. The space There is a 2 night minimum stay for this place. On the first floor is a healthy cooking school with a separate entrance. Guests may participate in the cooking classes for a discounted cost of $25/person; on Saturdays from 12-1:30 PM. We cook 2 healthy dishes, discuss health and nutrition while enjoying the food for lunch. Guests have an option to order a charcuterie/vegetable tray upon their arrival, cost $8/person. Guests have an option to order a full or light breakfast. Delicious healthy dinners are also available upon request. Complimentary Keurig coffee and hot chocolate available; in addition to bottled water, alkaline water is provided. Guest access Access in rear of property. Walk down a few steps to entrance door. Parking in rear. To use key, contact owner for lock box code. During your stay Guest will be informed in advance if host will not be available. Other things to note 2 night minimum stay required. Check in after 4 PM. Check out before 11 AM. Owner ask to please strip bed sheets and pillow cases before check out. Owner asks to please turn off all lights, fans etc before check out.
