The cottage has been lovingly renovated. The cottage is located in the holiday complex on Lake Griminitz in the Schorfheide, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Europe and about 60 km north of Berlin. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. Two magnificent terraces, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom and a living/dining area. TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix access are part of the amenities. The space A baby bed and highchair can be provided optionally. The house is just 100 meters from the beach. There are several shopping opportunities within a 7-minute walk, and more are located in the village itself. Also doctors, organic market, restaurants. The living space is approx. 50 square meters. The outdoor area with the two terraces offers the opportunity to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The green areas are not yet finished, but this will be done immediately in the spring. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The bed is equipped with the "best mattress ever tested" and has a lying area of 160 x 200 meters. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed (140 x 200). A fire bowl and a grill are available and a bundle of wood or charcoal can be provided at a fee of 5 euros. A washing machine and dishwasher are also included. A parking space behind the house is available for use. Final cleaning fees and bed linen are already included in the price. In the house, we ask you to observe the smoking ban. Guest access The house is available for exclusive use of our guests.
