House with garden (next to Eifel National Park)

The guest house can accommodate up to 12 people: 1 bedroom with separate shower and toilet; 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds plus 2 folding beds; a single bed room. Shared: bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen and living room (sofa bed). Up to 12 people can stay in the guest house: 1 double bed, 7 single beds, 2 folding beds, 2 couches. Bath, toilet, kitchen, living room to share. The space The guest house is located in the state-recognized resort of Vossenack, in the middle of the Eifel Nature Park on the edge of the Eifel National Park. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room: sofa bed (120 cm wide, for one adult or two young people/children), satellite TV, dining table (extendable) with six chairs, reading corner with two armchairs, library (including Eifel thrillers). In the kitchen (ground floor) there is also a bookshelf with a cookbook collection. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, etc. Electric stove/oven (Miele), refrigerator/freezer (Miele), dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, kettle, toaster. One bedroom with a single bed (a folding bed can be provided) is also on the ground floor. (There is a toilet next to it) The bedroom with the private shower room/toilet and two other double rooms, shared shower room with two sinks and toilet are located on the first floor of the guest house. Rooms are large and bright, fully furnished. Another folding bed can be placed in the larger bedroom. Each bedroom has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Bed linen - 100% cotton. Three armchairs for smokers are available on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted throughout the house!!! Guest access Parking in the courtyard Garden next to the guest house During your stay I live in the adjacent building, am (almost) available at any time, and am happy to answer any questions. I am a certified forest guide in the Eifel National Park. A guided tour on request is possible. Optional: Help planning a hike, I have recorded many tracks (GPS recording). Other things to note Climbing stairs is required. The rental price includes the overnight tax levied by the municipality of Hürtgenwald Final cleaning 50 euros
