There is very speedy wifi and feel free to use your Netflix or Hulu account for your viewing movies/TV shows in the large 55" new TV. You can easily do a video chat on multiple devices with the current Wi-Fi subscription. Feel free to use the clothes washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and full use of the garage with pool table, and an extra freezer for those on extended stays. The kitchen is well-equipped with pot/pans, dishes and small appliances including an InstaPot, blender, coffee maker with coffee and creamer. The house will have basic food items like mustard, catsup, salt/pepper and some common spices, flour and sugar. Full sized crib/toddler bed, baby gates, high chair and pack n play are available for young children. Please supervise your children at all times. Even though the hot tub has a cover and is in an enclosure, use the facilities at your own risk. There will be no life guard on duty. We have a large generator to power the house in case of a power outage, rare but can happen in Northern California. ***Note, this home has a strict county noise ordinance policy area and all outdoor activities need to be brought inside with closed windows no later than 9pm. (This recently changed to 9pm by the County and I have no control over this). There is a $500 fine for any incidences. This home is best suited for families; no loud parties or events.
