This inviting 3-bedroom property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful retreat in the countryside. The home features two well-sized double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. There’s a modern family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living/dining area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the stunning Kielder Water & Forest Park. Guest access Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi ✔ Washer/Dryer ✔ Iron/Board ✔ Elevator ✔ Free Parking ✔ Pets Allowed with extra fee Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm. Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
