Rental unit in New York

There will be new photos posted hopefully soon as I've had a gut renovation. My place will hopefully appear even nicer than it is here. With just a 2-3 min. walk to transportation & walking distance to so much, you are in an easily accessible spot that gives you a real flavor of what it's like to live here. Bright apartment on the top floor of an 11 unit bldg, 1.5 bedrooms w/terrace & a roof deck. Great location close to public transport, Mt. Sinai Hospital, museums, Citibike & Central Park. The space The space is bright and airy & north facing. The kitchen, living room look out to the terrace. It's on the top floor, (it says penthouse but it's not a real penthouse, lol.) The bedroom does not get completely dark at night if you need that as some light still comes through thermal curtains. The sound of the trains may take getting used to, some people don't even hear it. I sleep in a small cozy room near the front door. On very rare instances I am willing to have an additional 3rd guest for an added fee of $45 BUT this MUST be negotiated in advance. The space accommodates 3 people (2 plus me) seamlessly & a 3rd person to total 4 people in the unit demands extra consideration all around. Guest access The bedroom, living room & terrace.roof-deck and of course the bathroom. Kitchen is mostly for tea & coffee unless otherwise arranged, same for the sauna. Where I stay (the other room) is off limits please. During your stay I have an odd schedule with clients interspersed throughout the day. Sometimes I'm available to show you NY as a tour guide if you want. I love this city and have a unique perspective on it as I've been living here since 1990. Other things to note My cat’s small litter boxes in the bathroom. I use flushable litter and I am quite meticulous as is my cat. But please leave the door open so she can relieve herself. Please make sure the door to the street closes tight behind you upon entering or leaving the building. Please lock the roof-deck door upon leaving the roof-deck.
