Charming villa in the heart of Arvidsjaur

A house with perfect location in the heart of Arvidsjaur. We wish to welcome you to our newly renovated and nicely decorated villa in a quiet residential area with close walking distance to all of the facilities in town. Private parking, hand-built sauna, and much more. The house has a nice calm vibe and plenty of space. A great location from where to explore Lappland and the wild north. The space This is one of few traditional Swedish 1960s villas in town that both retained the elderly charm and offers the convenience of a modern Scandinavian home. With a modern equipped kitchen, bathroom, bubble-bathtub, and a hand-built sauna. Here, you’ll find comfortable and cozy living during your stay in Arvidsjaur, with a distinct touch of the remote and wild north. SLEEP: On the main floor there are two bedrooms, each one with a double bed. Downstairs you will find another bedroom, with two beds that can be used as single beds as well as a double one. We will provide one set of linen and towels to each guest. KITCHEN: Guests have full access to the modern equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Tea, coffee and basic stuff are free for use. BATHROOM: Two modern bathrooms with good facilities. On the main floor, you will find the bathtub and downstairs shower and a hand-built sauna. Downstairs there is also a modern washing machine, dryer and racks for hanging larger items. LIVINGROOM: A spacious living room with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Borrow a parlour game or a book to read, or just relax. Hang out and plan your adventures in Lappland. PARKING: In front of the house is a well-spaced area for at least 3-4 cars, and you are welcome to borrow a heater for the car if needed.
