The newly built apartment on the 2nd floor offers modern comfort on approx. 55 m² and impresses with a spacious balcony and a private parking space. Thanks to large panoramic windows, you can enjoy fantastic views of the rural surroundings. The family-friendly apartment is ideal for couples or families. It has a large living area with dining table, sofa bed and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The high-quality wooden floor makes the apartment allergy-friendly. The modern bathroom with almost walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. The entire outdoor area is available for the shared use of all our guests. Here you will find a beautiful barbecue area and playground for the whole family. While the kids romp around, relax on cozy sun loungers or enjoy the magnificent view. For convivial evenings – even during a short summer rain shower – the cozy, covered seating area invites you to linger and get to know each other. Amenities for an all-round carefree stay: Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand towels, shower and tea towels as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwasher and hygiene products. Final cleaning, linens and a set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. Things to Note: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this space. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and nothing stands in the way of a late arrival due to the existing key safe. WiFi, parking and bicycle storage are free of charge.
