Open plan kitchen and lounge area. Small veranda area and open garden. Recently renovated bathroom. Located on a working hay farm with paddocks to roam. Guest access Exclusive Access to the entire house annexe and private garden area. You are welcome to roam to 200 acres farm and bird spot down by the river. Other things to note The cottage is on a working farm and does have dirt road access. (Suitable for all vehicles) the cottage garden is also not fully fenced but does have a very large parking area suitable for trucks/ caravans. We are in a rural area and as would be expected the internet is slow, but the lack of light pollution and view of the stars make up for it.
