Order and Cleanliness - Keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay. - Do not leave accumulated garbage in common areas. - Trash must be disposed of correctly according to the condominium rules: - Organic waste: must be placed in well-sealed bags and deposited down the drain. - Plastic, glass and cardboard containers: they must be placed on the floor of the room where the downspout is, never inside the duct. - No food, containers or waste should be left in corridors, balconies or windows. --- 2. Noise and Respect for Rest - After 7:00 pm, it is requested to maintain a quiet atmosphere. - No loud music, parties, shouting or use of noisy appliances. - If you receive visitors, they must respect this rule as well. - The neighbors' peace is a priority. Any complaint will be grounds for review of the contract. --- 3. Responsible Use of Furniture - Take care of the furniture, appliances, and utensils as if they were your own. - Moving heavy furniture without authorization is not allowed. - If something is damaged, it must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement may be the tenant's responsibility. --- 4. Check-in, Check-out and Condominium Rules - When entering and leaving the apartment, the building's internal regulations must be respected. - Unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter or use the apartment for commercial activities or parties. - When you leave, please make sure to leave everything clean, without personal items or trash. - The apartment will be delivered with a joint review of the condition of the property. - It is mandatory to comply with the condominium rules, especially regarding waste management, use of common areas and respect for the building's facade. --- 5. Building Safety and Standards - Keep doors and windows closed when leaving. - No smoking in common areas, no hanging clothes on visible balconies, no altering the facade. - The use of candles, incense or fire without supervision is not allowed. --- 6. Communication and Emergencies - If you have any problems, please contact the person responsible for the rental. - In case of emergency (leaks, cuts, accidents), act quickly and notify immediately. --- 7.
