Just minutes from the golden sands of Croyde Bay, renowned for its world-class surf, the cottage provides a welcoming retreat after days spent by the sea. Inside, the cosy and characterful sitting room features comfortable sofas and a traditional inglenook fireplace - perfect for relaxing evenings, family movie nights on the Smart TV, or curling up with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your North Devon getaway, whether preparing relaxed brunches or hearty family dinners, best enjoyed around the inviting dining table. A separate snug with a sofa bed offers flexible ground-floor sleeping accommodation, ideal for multi-generational stays. The ground floor also benefits from a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a convenient cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, three thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups. The spacious main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a versatile double bed that can be configured as twin singles on request. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top — perfect for children or additional guests. A modern family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the first floor. Outside, the enclosed tiered garden and raised decked terrace make the most of the spectacular North Devon countryside views. Enjoy al fresco dining with the charcoal barbecue, morning coffee on the patio, or sunset drinks overlooking rolling hills stretching towards the coast. Please note, the decked terrace is accessed via a set of steps, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. A basket of log is provided for your stay. Snug room With a selection of games and convenient sofa bed (available on request for flexible sleeping arrangements). Kitchen With electric range oven and hob and dishwasher. Dining area With seating for six guests. Utility room With a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer dishwasher, microwave, airfryer and blender. Shower room With shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed with plenty of storage and chair. Bedroom two With 3' twin single beds (can be configured as a 6' super king-size bed, on request). Bedroom three Bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above (top bunk is only suitable for children). Family bathroom With a bath with shower over, wash basin, and WC. Outside: Tiered garden with two decked terrace areas, with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. Sea glimpses can be seen from the top of the decking area. Private driveway parking for three cars.
