The ad is for the rental of a single loft, "Amore" or "Psyche", with access to the private outdoor/indoor unheated pool for booked guests, use of the poolside area and outdoor furniture for 6 consecutive hours per day. The space Amore Loft or Psyche Loft Choose one of our exclusive lofts, where modern design meets elegance. Each loft is spread over two levels and offers elegant bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and panoramic balconies. Large windows offer breathtaking views of the Po Valley, the Gulf of Albenza, and the Apennines. The interiors, furnished with style and attention to detail, include a kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso pods. The master bedrooms are located on the second floors of the lofts and feature king-size beds and spacious en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Additional bathrooms are available on the ground floor. In addition to the king-size bed, the Amore Loft has a double sofa bed on the mezzanine, perfect for two adults and two children. Loft Psyche includes a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Free Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs, underfloor heating and air conditioning, Spotify account, covered garage. Access to other areas of the Spa, such as sauna, Turkish bath, fitness area, emotional showers and ice waterfall, and use of the large terrace is NOT included. There may be other people in the property at the same time as your stay, in which case the private SPA is managed at times in order to meet the needs of both occupants. The available time slots are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and can be booked before arrival. If no other guests have booked the spa, we are very flexible with the times. Guest access We will be happy to welcome you upon your arrival to accompany you during the check-in procedures, show you the rooms, answer any questions and offer you useful advice for your stay. Upon arrival, we will give you the access codes to the Villa and the spaces you have booked, which you can use freely throughout your stay. Other things to note The building consists of four distinct rooms and could accommodate other people during your stay, unless you request the exclusivity of the location with a surcharge and is subject to availability. There may be other people in the property during your stay, in which case the private SPA (if booked by you) is managed at times in order to meet the needs of both occupants.
