The house is nestled in the MIDDLE of 150 acres of Countryside, the nearest neighbour being 1 kilometre away. The 1.5 acres of private Gardens that are for sole use of the residents are private and bordered on most sides surrounding the property by 360 degrees. To the south they border a beautiful pond inhabited by ducks geese and Moorhens and to the north the gardens are bordered by by deciduous woodland, to the east the lawns open up to a tennis courts with peace giving views across the valley to the famous Bluebell steam railway. The Gardens have ample lawn space, beautiful cherry trees and wisteria which are magnificent in Spring, a patio terrace with seating and a simple rustic outdoor kitchen area, a fire pit for cold winter nights
