Inside you will find every comfort, with air conditioning, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The space This beautiful villa welcomes you with two comfortable parking spaces at the back of the house, where you will also find the BBQ area with brazier and outdoor gas hob, as well as a comfortable outdoor shower, all paved. Continuing towards the front garden, you will find a beautiful patio where you can spend summer evenings in company, with a large outdoor table that will allow you to enjoy meals without having to give up anything. In front of you, a large garden welcomes you with an area equipped with sun loungers, chairs and an umbrella where you can relax and refresh yourself in the spacious hot tub that accommodates up to 6 people. Entering inside you will be greeted by a bright room with a comfortable sofa and dining table, then facing the first sleeping area you have the two double bedrooms with a comfortable bathroom complete with shower. Continuing along the corridor on the right you will find a modern kitchen with all the comforts and appliances (microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and refrigerator with freezer, toaster). Leaving the kitchen, we enter the second sleeping area that opens with another bathroom complete with shower and ends in the third bedroom, a spacious quadruple with a large wardrobe, a bunk bed and a king size double bed. The Villa is located just 300 meters from the sea, which can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. The town of Agrustos is served by everything and in summer it turns into a place full of tourism and life, offering many activities for both nightlife lovers and sports enthusiasts or exploration experiences. The Beach Villa of Agrustos is located in a private and residential area, which preserves the tranquility and privacy to give a stay of pure relaxation to its guests. Guest access Guests can easily reach the villa by car, and the entire ground floor will be at their disposal. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning. To cover these additional interventions, a fee of €40 is provided in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in. Renting a car is highly recommended. --- WATER CRISIS IN SARDINIA -- In recent years, especially during the hottest months of the year (July, August), Sardinia has been facing a severe water crisis due to drought, so in addition to raising awareness about conscious water consumption, we warn you that during these periods the water pressure could be reduced or, in extreme cases, absent. The house is equipped with a reserve tank that supplies water to the water circuit inside the house if the supply through the municipal network fails, even in this case the water pressure could decrease. Committing to consuming less water will help the island cope with these crises and allow you guests to enjoy a more pleasant and peaceful stay. Once the booking is made, the online check-in will be managed through a dedicated software of our manager, designed to make the process simple and fast. During this process, you will be asked to: 1. Pay the tourist tax as per the Municipality. 2. Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (Article 109 of the TULPS), to ensure recognition and fulfill regulatory obligations. 3.
