The house is part of Vila Mundo, a charming village with six little houses surrounded by nature. The villa has a communal laundry room with a booking board, and a tree-covered outdoor area with 1 short-stay parking space and a bike rack. Maintenance of the garden and common areas is carried out three times a week by a member of staff. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to the shared outdoor areas and the communal laundry room (each house has a copy of the laundry room key). Other things to note * You will be close to the forest. It is normal for some animals to appear, such as marmosets, agoutis, guans, iguanas, etc. Do not feed or mistreat the animals. If you need any help or guidance, I'm here for you. * For long stays, clean bed linen/towels are provided for changing every 15 days. For an additional exchange, a fee of R$55 will be charged. * The communal laundry room has rules and usage times.
