Located just 5-7 minutes by car from the center of Sapanca, our villa awaits guests who want to have a peaceful vacation experience in touch with nature. 🏡 Our villa, designed with a 3+1 concept, offers completely private use for you. 🛏️ There are 3 double beds, a large seating area and 2 en-suite bedrooms. 🏊 Our private pool, measuring 4x8 meters, is available for use during the summer season from June to August. It is heated during the September-May period. 🔥 Thanks to the double-sided fireplace, it offers a warm and pleasant atmosphere, especially in the autumn and winter months. 🍽️ The fully equipped kitchen has basic kitchen tools and utensils. (There are no food products.) 📺 There is a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and unlimited fiber internet. 🍖 There is a private stone barbecue area and a detached garden for you. 🪵 Wood and charcoal for the fireplace and barbecue can be purchased at nearby stores for an additional fee. 🏔️ Our villa, which has a view of nature and the mountains, is suitable for guests who value their privacy with its fully sheltered structure. 📍 It is 5-7 minutes away from the center of Sapanca by car. 🏊 Pool Usage: Our private pool is available throughout the year. It is used at natural temperature during the summer season in the June-August period. It is heated during the September-May period. ℹ️ Information: In the area where MoonSA Boutique Villas is located, work on new villa projects may be carried out from time to time. Work is only carried out between 10.00 - 17.00, and there is no loud noise that would affect the comfort of our guests. Other things to note Our homes have underfloor heating, and there are places nearby where you can buy wood for a fireplace. The heating type is floor heating only, and the pool at our homes operates at a constant temperature of 30–32 degrees Celsius. We control these temperature values using smart thermostats, and the temperature does not fall below or rise above these levels. We provide services in a central location.
