2 small bedrooms in a row under the roofs with small private bathroom and toilet. Renovation of the house still in progress but all the amenities are there and the garden is gigantic with swimming pool, swing... Bicycles are available to explore the local area (lakes and walks to the Morvan). Ping pong table with free access in the barn. Breakfast is included. Optionally, Breton pancake dinner prepared on the cast iron pancake maker. Steep bedroom stairs, be careful! The space The house, which dates partly from the 19th and partly from the 20th century, includes several wings spread over 120 m². The plot of about 5000 m² also includes the swimming pool to which you will have access, a barn in which we store bicycles, and a ping pong table on request. Guest access Both bedrooms offered are accessible from a spiral staircase in the dining room. They are in a row. One of them has a private toilet and the other a small shower room. The house includes two other bedrooms that we occupy during the stay. We offer tenants of both bedrooms access to a small outdoor table for meals. Access to the communal pool is allowed. The kitchen, dining room, living room are not included in the rental. During your stay We will be on site and reachable as needed via messaging or mobile. Other things to note Our 2 cats can be present in the house, their names are Balzac and Berlioz!
