Large "vintage" 18th century country house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. 4 large bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: a large living room: living room/kitchen/dining room. Large bathroom, 2 separate toilets. 2 outdoor areas: 1 to the north 1 to the south. Depending on the heat and desires, 2 corners to sit outside. Ping pong table/grill/deckchairs/dining table/garden furniture. Located in the heart of Petite Toscane, at the foot of the Roman road. 15 min: Quad/Golf/Aquaval 30 min: lake/sidobre/ mountain. The space I would like to point out that it is an old building from the 18th century, and moreover in the countryside. We have received remarks about the cleaning, when I can assure you that we do it as much as possible before any new arrival. Floor, ceiling, bathroom, kitchen, in short, we really do our best. However, there will always be some spiders and residual dust that comes from the walls or fields around or others. This is not a sanitized city apartment. This house is really for lovers of calm and the countryside. Temperatures in the southwest of France in August exceed 40° every summer. The house with its 1 meter wide walls keeps the coolness to the maximum. We put fans in the bedrooms. By opening the windows at night the coolness comes in and it is largely breathable. So yes there are some mosquitoes but it is also part of the countryside like many other flying and crawling insects... This house is for lovers of the countryside, calm, simplicity, authenticity. If you're looking for modern accommodation with air conditioning, no insects, high tech and city comfort +++ then this is not the place for you. We receive a lot of riders or hikers and I can assure you that they have very good stays in this building where there is no lack of space. 180 m2, rooms of 30 m2. With the hours of cleaning we do before each stay, reading the reviews about a dirty house, I can assure you that it is not pleasant because it is not fair. We can add horseback riding as a service since we are an equestrian farm. Walks, hikes, bivouac... from beginner to advanced. Other things to note The house is "vintage", simple and functional. If you are looking for modernity, a totally sanitized and completely redone house, then this place is not for you. Our house is simple, spacious, in the middle of the countryside and animals. If you are looking for simplicity and authenticity then you should appreciate this old 18th century building with its half-timbered walls and large living rooms. We have furnished the house as best we can.
