Between land and sea...

Loft and its sea view... Bright... because the last time the sun came out was during the heat wave!!!! Warm... because after a walk punctuated by a polar wind and 17 consecutive showers, a hot bath in front of the fireplace is well deserved! The space On the ground floor: A courtyard with a ping pong table sheltered from the wind. A bedroom composed of a 140 x 190 bed and a 140 x 190 bench. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. On the 1st floor: The kitchen, living room and sitting area give access to the 2 south-facing terraces (a walkway connects the house to one of the terraces). On the second floor: A large room with a central and rotating fireplace is composed of a bedroom (160 × 200 bed), living room, TV area and bathroom. A small bunk accessible by a small ladder is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed (small corner under the roof to admire the stars and hear the waves...)
