Enjoy your stay in our new Newari-stile house in the UNESCO heritage area. We are American-Russian couple, renting the house in Bhaktapur old town. We tried to make it cosy and comfortable not only for the tourists but also for a long stay, and it's also our home. When we are abroad you can enjoy it, and our landlord, manager and cleaning lady will help you with everything. The house located on the little street in a very authentic Newari neighborhood few minutes walk from the Durbar square The space Prem's house has 5 floors: a living room /yoga room on the ground floor with Indian toilet, Two bedrooms with attached bathroom on the 2d and 3d floors, a bedroom with a bathroom in the corridor on the 4th floor and shower on the top floor, a kitchen on the top floor and a rooftop with an amazing view of Bhaktapur and the hills Guest access The whole house is for you Other things to note The house located in the heritage area so everyone needs a visitor pass which costs 15 dollars for foreigners. First time you can get it for one week, then, if you're staying longer, just prolongue in at the main gate for free for the duration of your visa. The Bhaktapur administration has introduced separate waste collection into two categories: biodegradable and non-biodegradable. There are two trash bins in the kitchen for these types of waste. Upon arrival, we will tell you about the garbage collection schedule. The garbage truck arrives at the neighboring house every day at 6-6.10 am. If you have any difficulties with this, the owner of the house will be happy to help you
